Massage Cancellation:

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and our therapists’ time, so we ask that you kindly respect the following guidelines for any changes to your booking:

Cancellation Notice:

  • Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

No-Show Policy:

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Late Arrivals:

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened if you arrive late, and you will still be charged for the full session.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

  • Cancellations and reschedules can be done via email, phone, or our online booking system.

  • Please ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation to avoid any confusion.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Your support helps us continue to provide the highest level of care and service to all our clients.


Policy for Packages:

We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to work with you if you need to reschedule your pool package. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process:

Reschedule Notice:

  • We ask that you provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your pool package.

  • If you reschedule within less than 24 hours of your appointment, a rescheduling fee of $100.00 (or a percentage of the package price) may apply.

Availability:

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time, we cannot guarantee availability, especially during peak times or busy seasons.

  • If your requested time is unavailable, we will offer alternative dates, if necessary.

Prepaid Packages:

  • If you have a prepaid pool package, rescheduling is allowed as long as the change is made at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule within this window may result in the loss of that session from your package.

  • Prepaid sessions that are not rescheduled or used within the agreed period may be considered forfeited.

Weather-Related Rescheduling:

  • If rescheduling is required due to severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, lightning), you will not incur any fees, and we will offer the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

No-Show Rescheduling:

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled pool package and have not contacted us to reschedule in advance, we may not be able to reschedule or provide a refund for that session.

 

Movie Policy ​

How to Cancel:

  • Cancellations can be made directly through the booking platform where the reservation was made. Please refer to the cancellation instructions provided at the time of booking.

In the event that a movie is unavailable for streaming

We aim to provide a smooth booking experience for all of our guests. Please review our policy for movie ticket pre-bookings below:

No-Show Policy:

  • If you do not show up for the movie without prior cancellation, you will forfeit the cost of the ticket. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Changes to the Movie Schedule:

  • In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule the movie (due to technical issues, etc.), we will offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your booking to another show time.

Emergency Situations:

  • If you have an emergency or unique circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

1. Cancellation Notice:

  • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. This allows us to offer your reserved appointment time to other clients who may be waiting.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

  • No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a 100% charge of the service fee will be applied.

2. Rescheduling Policy:

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a rescheduling fee of 20% of the service cost.

3. Special Circumstances:

  • In the event of an emergency or illness, please reach out as soon as possible so we can work with you on rescheduling.

  • For special event bookings (e.g., weddings, group bookings), we require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule..

4. Prepaid Services:

  • If your service was prepaid or part of a package, the cancellation/rescheduling fees will be deducted from your prepaid amount.

5. Thank You for Your Understanding:

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation and rescheduling policy. It helps us maintain a smooth operation and ensure that all our clients receive the high-quality service they deserve.
