Since 1996, the owner has dedicated himself to his project, the Fajardo Inn Resort, building it from the ground up. Guided by a deep love and appreciation for plants, he takes great pride in cultivating the land and growing a diverse collection of tropical greenery for all to enjoy. And because of his hard work, today, the property stands as one of the island’s best-kept hidden gems.
Spanning over eight acres, our property is surrounded by a lush abundance of tropical plants and trees, most of which were nurtured in our on-site nursery. Coco’s Park was envisioned as a place where recreational spaces blend seamlessly with a botanical garden setting—and we are well on our way to fulfilling that vision.
We are now excited to invite everyone to enjoy the Fajardo Inn Resort through our newly introduced membership program, offering access to the sights, scents, and flavors of our very own tropical paradise.
