Cancellation Policy
Full payment must be received 30 days prior to activity date. If the activity exceeds the above-mentioned time, a penalty of $500.00 per hour will be charged. The person that books the package will be responsible for any damage that occurs in the assigned area by any of their guests, including but not limited to bathrooms, pools, courts, golf courses, etc., while they are using it. The Fajardo Inn Hotel will not be responsible for any person who commits a negligent act on the property. It is the sole responsibility of the activity manager to monitor their group and maintain a healthy and conducive environment for both their guests and our guests. Additional people beyond the total authorized number of participants will not have access to the hotel area without proper authorization and payment. Food not provided and/or prepared by our restaurants or kitchens is not permitted within our pool areas, terraces, restaurants, and other recreational facilities; or any other hotel area. Cooking appliances, barbecues, beach coolers, air mattresses, or any other cooking or camping items are not permitted on the property. You are responsible for informing your group of the restrictions provided herein.
