Up to 50 guest allowed - Valid from Monday thru Thursdays On day 1: For the Class Day enjoy our Coco's Park from 10:00AM - 5:00PM which includes: - Use of the Bamboo Beach Pool -Unlimited use of Coco's Putt Putt (Mini Golf) - equipment included -Unlimited use of the 1/2 Basketball Court - equipment included -Cotton Candy Machine -Popcorn Machine -Unlimited soda -Option of Cash Bar available if requested -DJ Service -For lunch: One cheeseburger & hot dog with a bag of chips per person -For an afternoon snack: Nachos with cheese & popcorn -Free Parking On Day 2: For the Class Night you will have the use of our Bismarkia Salon for 6 hours of use - 6 round tables - 9 chairs per table - Tablecloths (from our in house selection, other colors will incur in an extra charge) - Dinnerware for 50 - Cutlery for 50 - Dinner buffet from our special menu - Wait Staff service - DJ Service - Option of Cash Bar available if requested - Free Parking
Cancellation Policy
Full payment must be received 30 days prior to activity date. If the activity exceeds the above-mentioned time, a penalty of $500.00 per hour will be charged. The person that books the package will be responsible for any damage that occurs in the assigned area by any of their guests, including but not limited to bathrooms, pools, courts, golf courses, etc., while they are using it. The Fajardo Inn Hotel will not be responsible for any person who commits a negligent act on the property. It is the sole responsibility of the activity manager to monitor their group and maintain a healthy and conducive environment for both their guests and our guests. Additional people beyond the total authorized number of participants will not have access to the hotel area without proper authorization and payment. Food not provided and/or prepared by our restaurants or kitchens is not permitted within our pool areas, terraces, restaurants, and other recreational facilities; or any other hotel area. Cooking appliances, barbecues, beach coolers, air mattresses, or any other cooking or camping items are not permitted on the property. You are responsible for informing your group of the restrictions provided herein.
